Admins can use the above to get a high-level overview of their organisation’s activity on Josef.
- Note: Only admin users have access to Organisation > Reporting. If you don't have access, learn how to become an admin.
Individual bot activity
To review an individual bot’s activity, Admin users can click the bot’s name in Organisation > Manage bots and you’ll get access to a View only version of the bot.
Once the bot opens, click Activity in the left sidebar and all the records will be there to review.
Accessing another account's bot activity
Only bot owners can export a bot’s activity data.
If you have either a Builder or Manager account and you'd like to export another account's bot activity (i.e. the end-user responses, generated documents, etc.), we recommend contacting the bot owner. They'll be able to retrieve the information for you or export it as a CSV file.
Alternatively, if you are an Admin user, you can move a bot into your account via the Organisation tab. Learn how.
- Note: Before moving a bot, double-check whether the move will impact any of its possible integrations. Why? Some integrations, i.e. Actionstep and Xakia, require a bot to remain in one account and any movement may compromise the setup.
