You can do this by using the toolbar inside the message text field.
Follow these simple steps:
- In the dashboard, go to the message where you would like to use a user’s response.
- Place your cursor where you’d like the response to appear in the message. A toolbar will appear in the bottom-right hand corner of the message text field.
- Click on the ‘Response’ button.
- Choose the response you would like to appear from the drop-down list.
- Click ‘Insert’.
Done! The response provided by the user will now appear in the message in the chat interface.
Note: if you can’t find the message you’re looking for in the drop-down list, please remember that the message containing the response you’re using must be connected to the message you wish to insert the response into.
