FAQs
Why is this happening?
Don't shoot the messenger! Last year Microsoft said it would end support for Internet Explorer, effectively announcing the end of the browser.
What does this mean for Josef users who use Internet Explorer?
The last version of Josef which will support IE11 will be released in January 2021, and support will end on 15 February 2021.
After February 2021, we'll no longer fix bugs specific to IE11 (or earlier versions) or introduce new features compatible with this browser. We will provide more information in our release notes.
What should I do to be ready for the change?
If you haven't already, we recommend switching to an alternative web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari or Mozilla Firefox.
