There are several ways users can collaborate on bot builds. It all depends on your user type and needs.

Note: Changes made to a copied bot will not be reflected in the original bot. If you'd like to share the responsibility of amending an original bot, you'll need to move the bot between accounts. A bot can only sit in one account at a time.
Send the preview URL
If you'd like other users to test what you have been building, you can share a preview of your bot via Dashboard > [Bot] > Preview.
Copy & share a bot's preview URL via email, for example, and the recipient will then be able to test the end-user experience.
Copying a bot
There are two ways to copy a bot.
- Using the 'Copy to' feature in the Dashboard (available to all users)
- Copying via the Organisation tab (available to Admins only)

The 'Copy to' feature
Quickly copy a bot into another user's account via the 'Copy to' feature. This enables the easy copying of bots between users within the same organisation.
Here's how…
- Login to the Josef Dashboard
- Locate the bot you wish to copy
- Click the three vertical dots in the top right of the bot
- Click 'Copy to'
- In the drop-down, enter the recipient's account email
- Check 'Notify by email' (optional)
- Click 'Confirm'
- Done! The bot will be copied into the user's account shortly.
Note: Any changes made to the bot copy will not be applied to the original bot.
Copy (via Organisation)
Admins can copy bots via the Organisation tab.
- Navigate to Organisation > Manage bots.
- A list of all your organisation's bots will appear
- Check the box(es) of the bot(s) you'd like to copy
- Click Copy to in the top toolbar
- Enter the recipient's account email
- Click 'Confirm'
- Done! The bot(s) will be copied into the user's account shortly.
Move (via Organisation)
Admins can move bots between accounts via the Organisation tab.
- Navigate to Organisation > Manage bots.
- A list of all your organisation's bots will appear
- Check the box(es) of the bot(s) you'd like to move
- Click Move to in the top toolbar
- Enter the recipient's account email
- Click 'Confirm'
- Done! The bot(s) will be moved into the user's account shortly.

If you're either a Builder or Manager and would like to move a bot, contact your Josef Admin (e.g. course leader, manager, team lead, etc.) to see if they can move your bot.
