Josef accounts can be created by admins in your organisation. Example admins include:

How to activate your account
Once your account has been created, an activation email will be sent to your account email from email@example.com.
Follow the prompts within the email to activate your account and set your password. When ready, you can then log in to the Josef Dashboard.
Note: The activation link featured in the email is valid for 7 days from when it is sent. If 7 days have passed, contact an admin within your organisation who can then send you a password reset email.
Help! Where's my activation email?
If you haven't received your activation email, follow these steps:
- Check your email junk/spam folder.
- Clarify with the person who created your account that they entered the correct email address.
- Ask an admin at your organisation to send you a password reset email.
- Admins can do this via Organisation > Manage accounts > [tick account name] > Reset password.
