1. Activate SSO for your organization
To activate Single Sign On (SSO) for your bots, you must first activate SSO for your organization. This can be activated for Microsoft Azure or Okta.
To learn how, visit the following articles:
Note: Once SSO has been activated across your organization, all Josef builders will need to log in to the Josef Dashboard via either Microsoft or Okta. For security purposes, they will no longer be able to log in via email and password.
2. Activate SSO for your bots
To activate SSO for your bot(s), please follow these steps.
- Open your Dashboard,
- Select and open the relevant bot,
- Open your bot’s Design tab, then
- Under End user access, activate the toggle.
- Next, when ready, go to the Launch tab,
- Then, click Update bot to apply the change to the live version.
- Done!
Now, each time a user goes to access that particular bot, they will need to log in with their Microsoft or Okta credentials beforehand.
